Seed Talks: Opening Up – Non-Monogamy Demystified

Learn the A to Z of non-monogamy from sex and relationships expert Dr Lori Beth Bisbey. Followed by Q+A.

Non-monogamy is the umbrella term for when a person has more than one romantic or sexual partner. Is this natural for humans? What other relationship styles are possible. Is it all an excuse for cheating or more sex? All these questions & more will be answered by our relationships expert Dr Lori Beth Bisbey.

We explore the different types of non-monogamy, the pros and cons of opening up an existing non-monogamous relationship and the skills needed to manage non-monogamy successfully. You will leave this engaging talk with the basics needed to explore if these relationship styles are for you.

Dr Lori Beth Bisbey is a psychologist, accredited advanced GSRD (gender, sex, relationship diversity) therapist, sex & intimacy coach, author, podcast host speaker and resident specialist therapist on Open House: The Great Sex Experiment (Channel 4). She has been working with people for the past 35 years to help them create and maintain incredible relationships that contain exciting sex and are without shame. She specialises in GSRD – which is gender, sex, and relationship diversity (which includes non-monogamy, kink and BDSM) and the treatment of trauma.
