Sarah is a disabled writer, actor, comedian and producer, and the current winner of the BAFTA Rocliffe award for BADASS.

Sarah is an up and coming talent – since the BAFTA win in 2020, she has gone on to appear on Channel 4’s The Last Leg discussing invisible disabilities, has written for Have I Got News For You, had her own comedy sketch commissioned by Channel 4 and is in talks with a number of production companies, both about developing her scripted
projects and pitching Sarah as on-screen talent for disabilities projects.

When Edinburgh 2020 was cancelled, Sarah developed her planned Edinburgh show into a TV script during lockdown, going on to win the award in the year it had a record number of applicants. It certainly made the months spent in lockdown with her Mum and Dad, and the isolation weight gain, seem a bit more worth it!

As a stand-up comedian….she is a Funny Women semi-finalist and a Levity Festival finalist and is regularly booked by Angel Comedy, Off the Kerb and Laughing Horse.
