Ask Joe Dolman what he loves about being a musician and he’ll tell you straight away: whether it’s performing, producing or writing — for himself or for others — he’s happy being a part of making great music happen. ‘I just want to make music I’m proud of,’ says the 25 year-old from Warwickshire.
From performing in pubs to touring across the UK and Europe with the likes of Billy Lockett and Tom Clarke, Joe has built a reputation for crafting honest, relatable songs well beyond his years. The release of his 2019 EP ‘Honesty & Apologies’, which he described as his most open and vulnerable music yet, raised the bar for the singer-songwriter and marked a decisive shift in his songwriting. Now, his new EP ‘Heavyweight’ out February 25th sets to begin a new chapter on his music.
