Jeannie Jones is a stand up comedian who hosts for independent comedy promoters all around Scotland. Jeannie is also the regular MC of the hugely popular Over The Lyne Comedy which brings comedy to rural communities.
She hosts EdinBra (a female compilation show) at Edinburgh Fringe in the Free Festival 2018, 2019. She has also hosted compilation shows at Glasgow Comedy Festival, Leicester Comedy Festival and Brighton Fringe. Jeannie has writing credits for Radio Scotland’s show Breaking The News and made her TV debut this year on BBC Scotland’s new prime time stand up comedy show The Comedy Underground.
