Curtis Walker Live – 2023

Curtis Walker is ‘The Don’ of comedy and he’s bringing his hour special to Birmingham.

His solo show ‘Right Now’, toured the UK’s top venues with fun-filled, wise-cracking and side-splitting comedy! Curtis is known for tearing up audiences all over the planet from America and Australia to Jamaica and the Middle East.

We all know and love him from his numerous TV appearances including the iconic “The Real McCoy”. So come hang out with “The Don” and leave your “Vex Family” at home so you can spend time with “Mr Smiley” in a venue near you!

Curtis has been awarded the BICA Best Male Standup and the Top Carlton TV Multicultural Entertainment & Comedy Award. He’s even had the legend that is Nelson Mandela chuckling away in the crowd!

About Curtis…

Curtis’ hugely appealing style and seemingly effortless talent have ensured he’s won over audiences as one of the country’s leading stand-ups and actors.

You name it he’s been in it – The Real McCoy, Jonathan Ross, They Think It’s All Over, Paramount City, Blouse & Skirt, Lenny Henry Show, Ed Stone Is Dead.

As a stand-up, Curtis has performed up and down the country in some of its finest venues (and toilets!). Across the waters, he has made audiences laugh in America, Spain, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Holland and most recently, the Middle East. He performed at the New York Comedy Festival where he went down a storm.

Curtis Walker is ‘The Don’ of black comedy. He is a multi-talented performer and his indefinable comedy “moves an audience in a way I’ve never seen a stand-up do before” – William Cook, The Guardian
