Carla Pol is an Italian comedy writer and performer based in Huddersfield. In less than a year she was in the semi-final at the So You Think You Are Funny competition 2017, finalist at the Hilarity Bites 2017, finalist at the Women in Comedy writing competition for short stories in Manchester. She is the winner of the SLA Minutes Goes Mental 2018 and winner of the Circuit Breakers 2019 in Leicester. Carla is one of the finalists of the Jason Manford New Act of the Year 2019. She performed this year with her solo show The Pol Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival, the Yorkshire Fringe festival and at the Greater Manchester Fringe Festival.
