TESTING & VACCINE PASSPORTS

If possible, we advise customers to take a test before attending. Although this is not mandatory, it helps keep everyone safe. We do not require proof of vaccination or COVID Status. 

Please note all events have returned to being sold to full capacity.

FACE COVERINGS

Face coverings are no longer mandatory, but are encouraged if you wish to wear one. Please be mindful & respectful of other customers.

ENHANCED CLEANING & VENTILATION

We'll be doing extra cleaning before and after each show, including additional cleaning of contact points & toilet facilities.

We have robust ventilation in our venues, which includes more than 10 air changes per hour. Government research shows that at 6 air changes per hour, 95% of the contaminants in the air would be removed in 30 minutes.

WASH YOUR HANDS

We have multiple hand-sanitizing stations around the venue, as well as signage to remind you to wash your hands thoroughly.

FOOD & DRINK PREORDERING

Pre-order your food & drink in advance at my.glee.co.uk including special deals & discounts!

TIMESLOTS & TABLE ORDERING

If you're attending an allocated seating event, you'll be assigned a timeslot when you book to reduce queuing. You will also be able to scan the QR code on your table to order your food & drinks via our new table service system.
